Yes — and the checkable version of that answer matters more than the claim. Federal Apostille™ is a private, independent courier and document-processing service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any government agency, and we are not a law firm. What we do is physically carry federal documents to the Office of Authentications in Washington, DC and bring the apostille back, which is why a federal apostille takes about 10 business days with us instead of the months the mail-in queue can run.
